You must be at least 21 years old and a researcher, scientist, or qualified buyer purchasing for research and laboratory purposes only. By placing an order, you represent that you accept full responsibility for handling, storage, and use of the compounds in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

All compounds in our catalog are sold for laboratory and research purposes. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our Research-use policy for details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit your order at our discretion. Once we accept and ship, the order is final.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Free shipping applies to orders over $300 before tax.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns of opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price; shipping is non-refundable. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

All content on the site — including the Vessel name, logo, product photography, copy, and design — is owned by Vessel Compounds LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vessel's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "effective" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
