What is Vessel?
Vessel is a USA-based supplier of research-grade peptides for laboratory and research use only. Every lot ships with a third-party Certificate of Analysis.
Are these for human use?
No. All Vessel products are sold strictly for research and laboratory purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use.
Why are your products labeled "Not for Human Consumption"?
All compounds sold by Vessel are strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They have not been approved by the FDA for human consumption. This label is required by law for research chemicals and ensures compliance with federal regulations.
How are products tested?
Every lot is independently analyzed by Chromate, an accredited third-party laboratory, before release. Each Certificate of Analysis reports identity, quantity, purity by RP-HPLC with UV detection, and heavy-metal screening, and includes the HPLC chromatogram. Every COA carries a unique verification code confirmable at chromate.org/verify. The COA is published on every product page and downloadable per lot — no account required.
How is shipping calculated?
Standard shipping is a flat $11 within the United States. Free shipping is automatic on orders over $300. Carrier rates and tracking numbers come through Shippo once your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on destination. Tracking is emailed the moment a label is created.
What's your refund policy?
Unopened lots can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Quality issues — anything failing our published purity threshold — are refunded or replaced regardless of timeframe. Read the full policy at /legal/refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Vessel ships within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap.
How do I store products?
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short-term storage. For long-term storage, refrigerate at 4°C or freeze at −20°C. Once reconstituted, follow the storage guidance on the Certificate of Analysis.
Can I see a Certificate of Analysis before buying?
Yes. Every product detail page links to the most recent lot's COA. Historic lot records are available at /research.
Are you a registered business?
Vessel Compounds LLC is registered in the State of Tennessee. Sales tax is collected on Tennessee orders per state requirements.
