Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the United States. International orders are not currently supported. Some compounds may be restricted in specific states; we'll notify you at checkout if an item cannot ship to your address.

Orders with a subtotal over $300 (before tax) ship free via our standard tracked USPS or UPS service. Below the threshold, a flat $11 shipping fee applies.

Orders placed before 1pm CT on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are processed the next business day. Standard transit is 2–4 business days once shipped. Tracking numbers are emailed when the package leaves our facility.

All compounds ship in temperature-controlled packaging when required by the molecule's stability profile. Packing slips do not include itemized contents on the outside; the outer box is unmarked.

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within ten business days of the shipping notification, contact us within 48 hours. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and ship a replacement at no charge.
