Refund Policy

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund of the product price within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially-used products. Once the seal is broken or the lyophilized powder has been reconstituted, the product cannot be returned.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or fails an independently-verified purity test, we will replace it at no charge or issue a full refund including shipping. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the lot number printed on the vial label.

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card network.

Reach out through our contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without a return authorization may not be processed.
