For certain products, we require (or strongly recommend) a brief intake with our advisory team before purchase. This isn't a bureaucratic hurdle; it's how we make sure an advanced protocol is appropriate, informed, and tailored.
Consultations are private, confidential, and — for new customers — complimentary. They are not a substitute for clinical care, and our advisory team will always recommend working with your own clinician when appropriate.
