Progress in training — and in wellness — belongs to the boring.
A small set of habits, repeated with composure, beats a large set of heroics repeated rarely. The right number of working sets, the right amount of sleep, the right inputs at the right times. None of it is exciting. All of it compounds.
If we could recommend one adjustment this season, it would be this: do a little less than you think you can, and do it every day.
